Job description

As a Service Assistant you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the entire interior and exterior of restaurant. Duties of this position include, bussing tables, washing dishes and rotating and storing stock. Candidate must be able to lift 30 lbs., bend, stoop, reach, wipe and lift, have sufficient mobility to move and operate in work area, must work inside and outside, observe and ensure health requirements for cleanliness are met, and must meet any state, county or municipal regulation pertaining to health risk concerns about food handling.
