๐ŸŒฟ Now Hiring: Seasonal Guest Services Assistant
Conservation Garden Park - West Jordan, UT

Are you interested in horticulture, landscaping, water conservation, or environmental science? The Conservation Garden Park is looking for a seasonal Guest Services Assistant to help educate and inspire our community about waterwise landscaping and plant conservation. This is a great learning opportunity-and it can even count as a college internship (with school approval)!

Job Summary:

As a Guest Services Assistant, you'll be the friendly face of the Garden's Education Center, offering guest services both in person and virtually. You'll:

  • Provide guest services at the Education Center (in-person, online, phone)

  • Answer questions on plants, landscaping, and water conservation

  • Assist with garden care: weeding, pruning, watering, tending flowerpots and greenhouse

  • Coordinate tours, rentals, and photography sessions

Job Requirements:
  • Experience or education in horticulture, landscaping, or guest services is preferred, but not required

  • Strong customer service skills are a must

  • Must be available to work weeknights and Saturdays

  • Comfortable interacting with the public and promoting waterwise landscaping

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Must be self-motivated and able to transition between indoor and outdoor duties

Job Type: Seasonal/Temporary

Internship credit available upon college/university approval
