Astrica ServiceNow AI Engineers bring deep expertise in ServiceNow platform development, AI-driven workflow automation, and emerging generative AI capabilities to design and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
What you'll do:
Dazzle clients! Lead technical efforts to accelerate the adoption, implementation, and operationalization of ServiceNow AI capabilities across enterprise environments. Advise clients on best practices for leveraging out-of-the-box (OOB) and custom AI solutions, including AI Skills, Topics, Conversations, AI Agents, and Agentic Workflows to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
Build stuff! Design, configure, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled solutions on the ServiceNow platform utilizing tools such as Now Assist, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Virtual Agent, Generative AI capabilities, and workflow orchestration frameworks. Support the creation of conversational experiences, automation logic, prompts, and AI-driven workflows aligned to business and operational objectives.
Influence! Define and guide technical and architectural approaches for AI-enabled ServiceNow implementations. Collaborate closely with platform architects, product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to identify use cases, prototype innovative solutions, and establish scalable implementation strategies for enterprise AI adoption.
Drive quality! Support testing, troubleshooting, tuning, and continuous improvement of AI-enabled platform capabilities while ensuring scalability, security, maintainability, and operational readiness. Contribute documentation, knowledge transfer, and long-term sustainment activities while proactively communicating risks, dependencies, and technical recommendations to leadership and project stakeholders.
What you bring:
  • 7-10+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, including hands-on development, configuration, and implementation across enterprise environments.
  • 3-5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, Virtual Agent, AI Skills, conversational AI, workflow automation, generative AI, or agentic frameworks.
  • Strong experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow OOB AI capabilities, including AI Skills, Topics, Conversations, AI Agents, and Agentic Workflows.
  • Hands-on experience designing and developing custom AI-enabled workflows, prompts, conversational experiences, and automation solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems and platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, middleware technologies, and workflow orchestration patterns.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven technical solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting, testing, optimization, and performance tuning experience related to AI-enabled platform capabilities and workflow automation.
  • Experience supporting rapid prototyping, pilot initiatives, innovation efforts, and modernization programs leveraging emerging AI technologies.
  • A passion for staying current on evolving ServiceNow AI capabilities, generative AI trends, and enterprise automation best practices.
  • A calm, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach to both client engagements and internal collaboration.
