Job Description ServiceNow QA Tester Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite) Duration: 3 Month Contract Job Summary We are seeking a ServiceNow QA Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our ServiceNow platform. This role is responsible for testing ServiceNow applications, integrations, CMDB enhancements, and platform upgrades. The ideal candidate has experience with ServiceNow testing, API integrations, CMDB validation, and regression testing in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Validate integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and third-party applications.

*Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and releases through comprehensive testing. Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution. Collaborate with developers, administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Execute automated testing using ServiceNow ATF when applicable. Maintain testing documentation and quality metrics. Test CMDB enhancements, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CI relationships.

Verify CMDB data accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of software QA/testing experience.

3+ years of ServiceNow testing experience Experience testing ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Service Catalog Experience testing REST and SOAP integration. Understanding of ServiceNow workflows and platform capabilities
