Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA/Tester with hands-on experience in ServiceNow to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of ServiceNow applications and other enterprise systems through rigorous testing and validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow modules and other applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Validate ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
  • Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in testing.
Required Qualifications:
