Job Summary:
eSolutionsFirst is seeking a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in ServiceNow testing. The role involves manual and automated testing of ServiceNow solutions, including creating and executing test cases, performing end-to-end and regression testing, and collaborating with teams to report defects.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years QA experience
• 3+ years ServiceNow ATF testing
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Strong communication skills
• ServiceNow testing (ATF)
• Automation testing (Selenium)
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules, workflows, ACLs, integrations
Preferred:
• IRM/GRC experience preferred
• ServiceNow certifications
• CI/CD tools experience
