Job description

Position Overview: We are looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in ServiceNow development and implementation. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and hold certifications in Certified Application Developer (CAD) and ITAM, or ITSM, implementation. This role requires a U.S. citizen who is comfortable undergoing extensive background checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, including ITOM, and ITAM (SAM, HAM).
  • Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Perform system maintenance, user administration, and configuration management.
  • Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support for ServiceNow applications.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
  • ITOM, or ITAM, Implementation certification.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
