About the Role
Join a dynamic team as a ServiceNow Business Analyst, where you will drive impactful business transformations by bridging business needs with technical solutions. This contract role is ideal for professionals passionate about optimizing business processes and leveraging the ServiceNow platform to deliver value. Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to identify business needs and process improvement opportunities.
- Translate requirements into actionable ServiceNow solutions, focusing on modules such as ITSM, Service Catalog, Change Management, and Incident Management.
- Develop process maps, workflows, and comprehensive documentation to support project delivery and user adoption.
- Collaborate closely with ServiceNow developers, administrators, and cross-functional project teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Support testing efforts through UAT planning, test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in change management, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize platform adoption.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst, including a minimum of 3 years supporting ServiceNow initiatives.
- Proven expertise in requirement gathering, user story creation, and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, especially ITSM, Service Catalog, Change Management, and Incident Management.
- Proficient in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
