The ServiceNow Administrator II serves as a key contributor to the administration, development, and optimization of an enterprise-scale ServiceNow platform supporting multiple business units. This role balances platform configuration, light development, and solution design responsibilities while ensuring alignment with organizational standards, security requirements, and long-term platform strategy.

This position plays a critical role in advancing automation, improving service delivery efficiency, and supporting the adoption of modern platform capabilities such as AI-driven workflows and predictive intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
  Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform across all environments (Dev, Test, Prod).
  Support platform architecture by ensuring solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and organizational standards.
  Deliver scalable solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices while reducing technical debt.
  Manage platform upgrades, patches, and releases, including testing and validation.
  Perform instance cloning and manage environment strategy.
Competencies Required:
  Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
  Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks and Agile methodologies.
  Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
  Experience supporting multiple modules (ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Asset Management).
  Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and API integrations.
  Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  Ability to work independently and contribute within a team environment.
  Commitment to platform governance, standards, and continuous improvement.
Technical Skills:
  ServiceNow administration and configuration
  JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes)
  Web technologies (HTML, CSS)
  API integrations (REST/SOAP)
  Data management and instance strategy
  Reporting and dashboards (Performance Analytics preferred)
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
  ServiceNow Certified Administrator (CSA)
  5 years of ServiceNow administration and/or development experience
  2 years experience working in ITIL and/or Agile environments
  Experience supporting multi-module implementations (ITSM, CMDB, integrations)
Preferred Qualifications:
  Additional ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS, or CSDM / CMDB)
  Experience with Virtual Agent, AI, or predictive intelligence
  Experience with CI/CD or ServiceNow DevOps practices
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
