We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our fast-paced auto service team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document service requests.
  • Explain repair recommendations clearly and confidently, utilizing estimating software to prepare detailed work orders.
  • Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, brake repairs, suspension work, and transmission diagnostics to enhance vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of services.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding vehicle status updates, repair costs, and recommended maintenance plans.

Requirements
