DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm

Pay: $20.00-$22.00/HR + Commission

Duties:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, determining their needs, and recommending products or repair services.

  • Schedule and coordinate service work to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare and process work orders accurately, including parts and service documentation.

  • Operate computers, software systems, and cash registers to manage transactions and service records.

  • Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and vendors to support smooth service operations.

  • Maintain a professional, personable, and dependable presence in all customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and sales skills with an outgoing, personable attitude.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
