Medical Director – Hospitalist Program

Location: Green Bay, WI
Compensation: $200–$250 per hour + Monthly Medical Director Stipend ($50K–$80K per year)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Director to lead our hospitalist team in Green Bay, WI. This role offers an excellent work-life balance with a great opportunity for an off-week rotation and a highly competitive compensation package. As Medical Director, you will oversee clinical operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and support the professional development of hospitalist providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the hospitalist team, ensuring quality care and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices.
  • Collaborate with hospital administration and medical leadership on program goals.
