Job description

Overview:
A Fortune 1000 company in the commercial HVAC industry is looking for a Service Sales Representative with experience and knowledge to partner with high level leadership in an established territory in the Boston metro area.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Target owner direct selling preventative maintenance contracts and service projects
  • Strong desire to hunt for new customers and be out in front of customers regularly
  • Develop a pipeline of future sales opportunities
  • Strong technical acumen as it relates to HVAC mechanical service
  • Direct Sales Planning
  • Coordinate cost estimates on project consultations / work with assigned support staff
  • Local Travel 50%

Education Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or technical degree in appropriate field
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the MS Office suite

Experience Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional sales service experience
  • Competitor experience in commercial HVAC industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Prior experience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contracts
  • Demonstrated sales success
