ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Service Sales Representative, you will nurture relationships with new and existing customers, identify service opportunities, and help clients improve comfort, efficiency, and reliability across their facilities. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, relationship-focused, and experienced in selling service agreements, maintenance programs, or mechanical/HVAC solutions. Your success directly contributes to our service growth and customer retention.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial/industrial clients.
  • Identify service agreement opportunities and create customized service solutions.
  • Generate proposals, present recommendations, and close new business.
  • Partner with Service Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct site visits to understand equipment condition and client needs.
