Job description

Summary: Individual will be responsible for overseeing the local office of Container Services. Will be responsible for meeting all contractual requirements.
Staffing
  • Assessing staffing needs and make recommendations to managers.
  • Training and employee development.
  • Communicating with the customer on issues concerning the customer contract.
  • Manage service technicians/drivers and administrative staff. Effectively handle personnel issues as they arise.
  • Supervise the completion of service orders.
  • Oversee Safety

Customer Service
  • Development of good customer relations.
  • Resolve customer service issues.
  • Schedule service calls.
  • Warranty communications with customers.

Any other duties as necessary to meet customer demands or as directed by management.
Skills & Requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret company documents and correspondence.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum Associates Degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must have 5+ year's customer service experience, preferably in the Waste or Plastics Industries
  • 2 year's management experience
