Job description

Hawke & Co. Ag is a leading dealer of JCB Agricultural & Construction equipment. While also maintaining the leading market share and other short lines such as Vermeer, GEA, Meyer's and Meyer. If you have experience in automotive, diesel, or agriculture industries but are looking for a new challenge or change this job is for you!

This full-time position is Monday through Friday, home every night with no nights or weekends.

Key Responsibilies:

  • Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on agricultural and construction equipment

  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative service

  • Complete repairs in the shop and in the field as required

  • Accurately document labor, parts, and service work on work orders

  • Prepare new and used equipment for delivery and resale

  • Communicate findings and repair needs with service management and customers

  • Follow manufacturer service guidelines and dealership procedures

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

  • Have your own tools and or ability to acquire them
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Willingness to attend manufacturer training and continue skill development
  • Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems a plus
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
