Precision Resources, a division of the Trimarc Group Inc., is currently searching for a Service Technician that is experienced with the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of various printers, copiers, etc., and other multi-functional devices. This is a full-time, 40-hours per week job that will pay up to $18 hourly. Our client is seeking an individual that is looking for long-term employment. Our client is a well-established company that is headquartered in Mississippi, but has relationships with organizations throughout the Southeast. Service Technicians will be servicing (pre-configuration, installation, troubleshooting and repair) printers, copiers, multi-functional devices. This client is offering an individual the opportunity to further their printer/copier expertise and encourages those that are willing to seek professional certifications (Canon, Sharp, HP, Konica Minolta, Lexmark, etc.) A successful employee is: Comfortable with having conversations with both technical and non-technical people. Dependable, with a proven attendance history. Detail-oriented, with proven organizational skills. Effective at problem-solving, provide critical thinking and the management of their time. Able to work and contribute within a team environment. Professional in both appearance and demeanor. Pre-Employment Requirements: There will be a Background (Criminal) Check and a Urine Screen prior to starting in this role.
