This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven leader who has a track record of driving profitability, delivering exceptional customer service, and building high-performing service teams.
We are looking for someone who has demonstrated success managing a dealership service department—someone who understands the importance of technician productivity, advisor performance, customer retention, and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For- Proven experience as a Service Manager in a franchised automotive dealership
- Strong knowledge of Fixed Operations, including service profitability, technician efficiency, workflow management, and customer satisfaction
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
