POSITION SUMMARY
The Dietary Manager is responsible for the overall management of dietary operations, ensuring meals are prepared and served in a safe, sanitary, and efficient manner. This role ensures compliance with all applicable regulations and facility standards while maintaining a positive dining experience for residents.
This position may include rotating shifts, weekends, and holiday coverage based on operational needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee daily dietary department operations and workflow
  • Ensure food service is delivered in a safe, sanitary, and timely manner
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and facility standards
