Description of the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Automotive Service Consultant to join our team at Classic Kia of Smithfield. As an Automotive Service Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.
Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with scheduling appointments and provide recommendations for necessary automotive services
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the service technicians to ensure accurate communication and timely completion of service requests
  • Prepare and present service estimates to customers, including detailed explanations of recommended repairs and associated costs
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
