Emergency Service Head Veterinarian (ERSH)

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a full-time Emergency Service Head Veterinarian (ERSH) who will work alongside our ER Clinicians, Specialists, and Leadership Team to ensure the highest quality medicine and services for pets and our community.

What you need to excel in this role at BluePearl:

  • DVM from accredited university required.
  • Successful completion of rotating internship or the BluePearl's EmERge program required.
  • 2+ years of clinical experience required.
  • Must possess valid applicable DVM licensure.
  • Demonstrated capacity to multitask and successfully manage competing priorities required.
  • Prior shift lead experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership ability with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated stress tolerance and attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to mentor and train less experienced Clinicians and Interns.
