What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a service greeter, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Service Greeter, you need strong customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and often a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with dealership management systems, scheduling software, and basic office equipment is typically required.
