Position Summary:

As Regional Director of Clinical Services, you exercise discretion, independent judgment, and administrative authority and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties. This includes the ability to make independent choices, free from immediate direction or supervision. You are responsible for the functions of the Clinical Services department at each facility in your region. This position assumes a primary role in ensuring that the facilities are in compliance with State and Federal Regulation, Standards of Care, Operational Policies and Procedures and all compliance systems.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of assignment/employment.

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree from a (4) four-year college or university or four (4) to five (5) years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Must be able to travel between facilities.
