Position Summary

As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, helping ensure smooth check-in and an organized flow throughout the facility. You will play a key role in creating a supportive environment by handling inquiries professionally, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with clinical and administrative teams.

This full-time, onsite role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering dependable front-desk support for children and families.

Key Responsibilities
