Employment Type: Full-time, In Office
Overview:
The Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist not only serves as the intake and routing center for the office but also represents the first impression of Peak Trust Company for our clients, referral sources, vendors, and guests. The Front Desk Receptionist plays a critical role in upholding Peak's hard-earned reputation of delivering on our promise of providing prompt service and direct access to our in-house experts. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for answering all incoming phone calls, processing incoming mail including FedEx, UPS, and other deliveries, as well as greeting incoming visitors.
Responsibilities:
  • Answering Calls: Promptly answer all incoming phone calls within a ring or two.
  • Processing Incoming Items: Process and route incoming items, including mail, to the appropriate parties.
  • Document Management: Consistently and timely scan documents into online depository.
  • Professional Communication: Provide prompt professional communication internally and externally via phone and email.
  • Office Assistance: Assist others in the office as needed.
  • Maintain Lobby and Reception Area: Ensure cleanliness and order of the lobby and reception area.
  • Support New Hire Processes: Support new hire welcoming and onboarding processes.

Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in using office equipment such as telephones, printers, and scanners.
