What is service design?

Service design is a multidisciplinary approach to planning and organizing people, infrastructure, communication, and material components of a service with the goal of improving its quality and the interaction between the service provider and customers. It aims to ensure that services are user-friendly, meet customer needs, and are efficient for both users and providers.
