Project Engineering Delivery Manager

We are seeking a Project Engineering Delivery Manager to build and lead a client-facing project delivery function supporting engineering teams across commercial and hospitality environments. This role will establish project management standards, drive consistent delivery, and ensure high-quality execution within an MSP model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and standardize project management practices from scoping through delivery and sign-off
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
  • Maintain full lifecycle accountability so no project "goes dark"
  • Establish and enforce a consistent PM framework across engineering teams
  • Coach and mentor team leads and engineers while fostering accountability and collaboration
  • Partner with team leads to balance workloads and allocate resources across multiple locations
  • Forecast staffing needs and identify capacity gaps
  • Align closely with Sales, Account Management, and Operations to match demand with capacity
  • Optimize utilization while maintaining quality and client satisfaction
  • Develop and refine workflows, delivery standards, and execution practices
  • Drive adoption of documentation, scheduling, and reporting standards
  • Align engineering processes with PSA (Autotask) and RMM (Datto) tools
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and service performance
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of leadership experience within an MSP, IT services, or similar environment
  • Experience managing technical teams and distributed/multi-location teams
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud, networking, infrastructure, and endpoint management
  • Experience working within MSP delivery models
  • Experience with Autotask and Datto
