Description

Quantum Sky is searching for a Director of Service Delivery. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity professional services across a portfolio of customers. This individual will drive operational excellence, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead a highperforming team executing complex, compliance-driven cloud and security programs. The ideal candidate has deep experience working with U.S. Federal customers, strong knowledge of FedRAMP and RMF, and extensive technical oversight experience across major public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all service delivery functions for cybersecurity and cloud security professional services engagements, ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance standards are met.
  • Own the delivery lifecycle for FedRAMP advisory, implementation, continuous monitoring, and related security programs.
  • Drive operational strategy and governance frameworks that ensure predictable, highquality delivery across all accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, and Customer Success teams to improve service offerings, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure teams follow industry standards including NIST 80053, FedRAMP Moderate/High, DOD IL frameworks, and agencyspecific ATO requirements.
  • Develop, mentor, and grow high-performance technical delivery teams, including project managers, cloud architects, security engineers and security analysts.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to forecast resource needs, optimize utilization, and support organizational growth initiatives.
  • Maintain deep understanding of emerging cybersecurity risks, cloud technologies, and federal compliance trends.
  • Review and approve statements of work, delivery plans, and technical program documentation.
  • Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement across delivery operations.
Qualifications

Required:

  • U.S. Citizenship (mandatory).
  • 10+ years of experience leading service delivery, program management, or operations in a cybersecurity, cloud services, or federal consulting environment.
  • Hands-on FedRAMP experience including advisory, implementation, or continuous monitoring.
  • Proven track record managing complex technical programs for U.S. Federal agencies or regulated industries.
  • Extensive experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Strong understanding of federal security frameworks such as NIST 80053, FISMA, DFARS/CMMC, SOC, and ATO processes.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
  • Experience managing distributed technical, professional services teams and large-scale delivery organizations.

Desired:

  • Experience working directly with Federal cloud environments (AWS GovCloud, Azure GCC, GCP).
  • Background in cybersecurity consulting, managed security services, or cloud transformation programs.
  • Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure and/or GCP Architect).
  • Familiarity with proposal development, capture support, and pricing of delivery programs.

  • Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically between $175,000-$195,000. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
