Position Summary

We're currently looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team FULLY REMOTE.

This role serves as the primary post-sale relationship owner for a portfolio of high-value integrated reseller partners, driving retention, growth, adoption, and operational excellence. This Customer Success position partners with other internal teams: Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, Support, Professional Services, and Operations to deliver measurable partner outcomes and long-term strategic alignment. This is not a Sales position.

** This role will be fully remote, and the individual can be located in any state within the US. **

Responsibilities

Job functions include but are not limited to:

  • Own a portfolio of strategic integrated reseller and software-as-a-service channel partners, helping to develop Partner Success Plans aligned with business objectives, adoption targets, growth opportunities, and risks.

  • Build relationships with executive and operational stakeholders, lead quarterly business reviews, monitor partner health, and serve as the primary escalation point for strategic concerns.

  • Drive partner retention, revenue growth, expansion, sales effectiveness, and market penetration in collaboration with Channel Sales and other internal teams.

  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve complex operational, technical, implementation, and customer experience challenges and ensure effective lifecycle handoffs.

  • Guide partner onboarding, training, adoption, and use of Azuga tools, integrations, programs, support resources, and operational best practices.

  • Help to develop scalable success playbooks, business review standards, stakeholder mapping, escalation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives for integrated partners.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience, plus 5 or more years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Channel Management, Partner Success, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience managing enterprise-size customers, strategic accounts, or reseller partnerships, including complex SaS relationships.

  • Experience conducting executive-level business reviews, strategic planning sessions, structured success plans, and multiple concurrent partner initiatives.

  • Experience working with integrated resellers, technology alliances, or channel partner ecosystems; experience identifying expansion opportunities and mitigating retention risks.

  • Working knowledge of software-as-a-service platforms, application programming interfaces, integrations, implementation processes, and complex customer environments; Salesforce experience preferred.

  • Experience in telematics, fleet management, Internet of Things, or enterprise software-as-a-service environments and collaborating across Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, Support, Professional Services, and Operations preferred.
