Candidates must be located in the continental U.S. Preferred in West USA Region, this is a 50% travel role.
Zaniboni Lighting is an independent US manufacturer based in Tampa Bay, FL. 
Finish product is created from raw material with fully integrated production, cutting-edge computer-controlled machinery, electrical and mechanical assembly, in-house eco-friendly power-coating, photometric laboratory and flexible cell assembly allowing for fast turnaround of projects, both standard and custom.  
We are seeking experienced Regional Account Manager, expected to be on the road visiting accounts assigned, regional trade shows and meetings. This role has the following activities:
• Account Management
• Channel Management
• Project Management
• Order Acquisition
You will have an in-house team to support administrative efforts (quotations, orders entry, support).
You must be relentless and willing to constantly reach out and direct the sales activities of Representatives, Distributors and any channel that can be identified for Specifications in order to grow the company through Specification sales.
Duties and Responsibilities
Account Management: Leads into Prospects into Customers into Loyal Clients. It is 50% human relationship, 50% professional and technical service.
Channel Management: Converting ZL from “another manufacturer” to “my first choice for product type 1, 2, 3” in the mind of the rep and distributor.
Project Management: Project Management is about supporting the specifier from the initial Concept Design, through Design Development, to 100% Construction Documentation with as many ZL products
Order Acquisition: This includes all the steps needed to secure the order.
Required experience and qualifications:
  •  Sales skills and experience (3-5 years) in business to business arena.
  • Proficiency in computer and software applications such as: Microsoft, Excel, PDF, Power Point and familiar working within a customer database e-mail and internet searches.
  • Must be able to quickly and accurately compose reports and proposals, work and figure out priorities, in a quick-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment that is inevitable while working with our clientele, who are VIPs and industry-leading designers.
  • Experience in the Lighting Industry is preferred.

  • Professional appearance and interaction in person, at trade shows, over the phone.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Ambitious (Hunter type salesman mentality)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively; Organized, Punctual

Drug Free Workplace:

Hours, Compensation and Benefits:
Full-time, outside traveling sales, salaried position.
Salary is negotiable based on experience plus commission and annual bonuses.
After 30-day waiting period employees become eligible for Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, paid holidays and paid time off that increase with longevity.
