$18.00/hour | Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Temporary Assignment
Join our team and help serve the Sarasota community through the Fresh Start with Cart project! We're seeking Customer Service Representatives to support increased call volume and deliver outstanding service to residents and County employees.
What You'll Do

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries from the public and County staff regarding County services, policies, and information.
  • Determine service needs, process requests, and create work orders or tickets in various systems.
  • Provide clear communication, status updates, and accurate documentation for each call.
  • Transfer complex or technical inquiries to subject matter experts when needed.
  • Maintain professionalism and meet customer service standards on every interaction.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay up to date on program changes and procedures.
  • Occasionally assist customers in person at service counters or public locations.
What We're Looking For
