As an Automotive BDC/Internet Sales Representative at Long of Chattanooga AutoMall, you will be the vital link between our customers and our dealership. You will engage with potential buyers, respond to online inquiries, and help guide customers through their automotive purchase journey with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your ability to effectively communicate and provide excellent customer service will help drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to internet and phone inquiries regarding vehicle availability, pricing, and financing options.
  • Qualify and follow up with potential customers to generate and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and ensure follow-through on customer interests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in the dealership management system.
  • Develop strong product knowledge to effectively communicate vehicle features and benefits.
