We are currently seeking a Service Associate to join our team in Dorval, or Brassard to support our Investment and Wealth Advisory Group at CI Wealth. The Service Associate will play a crucial role in facilitating account management and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team.Ce que vous apportez :

Vos responsabilites :
  • Traiter avec precision les transactions quotidiennes de fonds communs de placement, d'actions et d'obligations.
  • Preparer la documentation relative aux achats, rachats, echanges et transferts en nature de placements.
  • Gerer et maintenir les systemes de classement et d'archivage.
  • Mettre a jour et traiter les demandes administratives non financieres.
  • Collaborer avec l'equipe de soutien administratif d'Assante pour les transferts, les questions administratives et les taches d'entretien des dossiers.
  • Participer a la coordination des activites de marketing numerique.
  • Agir comme premier point de contact pour les nouveaux clients des Comptes nationaux et les orienter vers les ressources appropriees de CI Assante.

What you bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services industry with a focus on operations and client's services.
  • Post-secondary education.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with DocuSign, and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, administrative, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Proven ability to collaborate well in a team environment and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced setting with tight deadlines.

What you will do:

  • Accurately process daily mutual fund, stock, and bond trades.
  • Prepare paperwork for investment purchases, redemptions, switches, and in-kind transfers.
  • Manage and maintain filing systems.
  • Update and maintain non financial requests.
  • Liaise with Assante back office on transfers, administration issues, and maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with coordinating digital marketing.
  • Be the first point of contact for new National Account clients and triage with the appropriate CI Assante resources.
