Job description


As an Individual Contributor, this role supports Client Service Officers and Institutional Services Advisors in the accurate and timely administration of client accounts. The position assists with operational, administrative, and compliance-related activities to help deliver high-quality client experience while ensuring adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Support: Serves as a key liaison between clients, Client Service Officers, advisors, and internal and external partners. Contributes to maintaining positive client relationships by responding to inquiries and supporting service delivery needs.
  • Account Administration and Coordination: Analyzes and resolves information and transaction requests while coordinating with the Middle Office to ensure timely and accurate processing. Maintains account records and documentation in accordance with established standards. Compliance and Regulatory Support: Contributes to compliance and audit requirements by monitoring assigned accounts for adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations. Reviews documentation, identifies issues, and supports timely resolution.
  • Process Improvement and Operational Effectiveness: Identifies and recommends process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service quality. Contributes to special projects and supports team operations during peak periods as needed.
  • Professional Documentation and Reporting: Prepares presentations, spreadsheets, correspondence, and reports using sound judgment and attention to detail to support client, advisor, and leadership needs.
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in charitable foundations, institutional services, investment services,
  • Working knowledge of trust laws, regulations, and provisions with the ability to read and interpret trust documents. Understanding of general accounting principles and prior customer service experience required
  • Trust services, or a related financial services environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Advanced knowledge and skill proficiency in detail orientation.
  • Intermediate knowledge and skill proficiency in account administration, accuracy and efficiency, analytical thinking, communication, customer experience, laws and regulations, organization, product and service knowledge, and technology literacy.
  • Basic knowledge and skill proficiency in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, and exercise sound judgment while working independently in a regulated environment.
