Job Summary:

Mercury Systems specializes in secure mission-critical technology for the military and defense. Weare seeking an Test Technician that enjoys investigating & troubleshooting on hardware servers.This is a great opportunity for an individual to contribute to thefuture growth of the corporation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performing troubleshooting analysis on advanced, ruggedized computer configurations.
  • Performing physical server repairs.
  • Following build manuals, written instructions, defined best practices, and guidelines in quality assurance for wiring, cabling, and system configuration.
  • Completing required information for hardware configuration, troubleshooting, defective equipment, and updating the repair status correctly and in detail within ERP.
  • Completing final computer testing as determined by internal scripts.
  • Assuming final responsibility for quality and quantity of servers repaired.
  • Carefully transporting computers to and from stations per quality and safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Typically requires 1-year related experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in testing Ruggedized Computing Systems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to follow written, verbal, and visual work instructions.
