PURPOSE

The Server Assistant – Hawks Peak plays a key role in creating a seamless and engaging guest experience by supporting servers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring tables are guest-ready at all times. Working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, this position helps ensure smooth service flow and venue readiness through teamwork, attention to detail, and consistent execution of service standards.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guest Support & Table Readiness: Promptly clear and reset tables to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment. Assist in greeting and seating guests when needed, providing friendly and attentive service.
  • Service Flow Assistance: Support servers by delivering food and beverages to tables and responding to guest needs in real-time. Refill water and non-alcoholic beverages as needed throughout the guest’s visit.
  • Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness in all guest-facing and service areas, including floors, wait stations, and table zones. Follow food safety and sanitation standards during table clearing and resetting procedures.
  • Stocking & Venue Readiness: Restock supplies such as napkins, glassware, condiments, and utensils to ensure servers have the tools needed to provide efficient service. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of back-of-house and storage areas.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to support a consistent guest experience. Participate in pre-shift meetings and maintain an enthusiastic, can-do attitude throughout each shift.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional responsibilities and assist in special assignments as directed by leadership to support overall operations.
Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Six (6) months of guest service or hospitality experience preferred.

You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
