What are the typical hours and work environment like for a Night Server position?

Night Servers generally work evening and late-night shifts, which can range from dinner service through closing, often including weekends and holidays. The environment is usually fast-paced, requiring staff to handle multiple tables while maintaining a high standard of hospitality.
