Job description

Night Shift 10pm to 6am Friday through Tuesday- Needed

Must have prior restaurant experience preparing and cooking Vietnamese foods according to house recipes. The ideal candidate will be skilled using grills, fryers, and other restaurant equipment.
Compensation:
$22-$24/ hour
Accrued paid flex time
Health/dental/vision offered to full time employees after 90 day probationary period
Life insurance offered to full time employees after 90 day probationary period
401K offered after 60 day probationary period
SPECIFIC DUTIES PERFORMED :
- Setup station in an organized manner.
- Stock and restock station with appropriate goods to properly execute production.
- Prepare foods that will be served to guests at a later time during their shift.
- Prepare foods to order to guests specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Follow proper food handling guidelines of heath department at all times.
- Maintain good working relationship with other employees at all times.
- Perform other job related duties as assigned.
- Prior experience required.
