The Role
As a Server Assistant, you maintain clean and organized dining areas, assist servers during busy service periods, and help ensure guests receive a comfortable and enjoyable experience. You play a key role in keeping operations moving efficiently.

What You Will Be Doing
• Partner with servers and culinary team to exceed guests' expectations and to deliver the Stillwater & Stone experience
• Remove used dishes, glassware, and cutlery from guest tables
• Help maintain speed and quality standards during service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room and service stations
• Support servers by delivering food and beverages from the kitchen and bar in an efficient and courteous manner
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas
• Restock linens, glassware, silverware, and supplies
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
