Passionne par le service et dote d'un excellent esprit d'equipe, l'Assistant(e) serveur(se) se distingue par une attitude elegante, chaleureuse et bienveillante. Il entretient des relations empathiques avec les clients et ses collegues tout en faisant preuve de rigueur et de solides competences organisationnelles pour contribuer a l'excellence du restaurant.

Ce que vous ferez:

• Assurer la mise en place, le debarrassage et le rangement du materiel (linge, vaisselle, verrerie, nourriture, boissons).

• Offrir un service attentionne et elegant, en respectant les standards Four Seasons.

• Connaitre parfaitement les menus et preparer condiments et garnitures.

• Anticiper les besoins des clients et assister au service en salle (service des plats, reassort, etc.).

• Collaborer efficacement avec l'equipe et s'adapter aux besoins operationnels (changement de mise en place, soutien aux collegues).

• Respecter les procedures internes, signaler les incidents et realiser toute tache assignee par la direction

Ce que vous apportez:

• Minimum d'un an d'experience dans un poste similaire, idealement en hotellerie de luxe.

• Capacite a communiquer en francais (niveauintermediairea l'oral et a l'ecrit).

• Un niveau d'anglais intermediaire est requis pour offrir un service professionnel a une clientele internationale, comprendre leurs demandes specifiques et repondre de maniere efficace.

• Excellentes aptitudes pour le service a la clientele et le contact humain.

• Capacite a gerer le stress de maniere positive et efficace dans un environnement dynamique.

• Etre a l'aise pour rester debout, marcher de longues heures et soulever des charges jusqu'a 13 kg.

• Travailler des horaires atypiques et etre disponible les jours, soirs, nuits, fin de semaines et feries;

What you will do:

• Maintainthoroughknowledgeof menus andpreparecondiments andgarnishes.

What you bring:

• Minimum 1yearofexperiencein asimilarrole,ideallyin aluxuryhotelenvironment.

• Goodcommunicationskills in French, both spoken and written.

• An intermediate level of Englishis required toprovide professional service to international customers, understand their specific requests, and respond effectively.

• Strongcustomerservice orientation andinterpersonalskills.

• Abilitytomanagestresspositivelyandstayefficient in a fast-pacedenvironment.
