Overview

Empire & Co. is seeking a highly organized, design minded Marketing Coordinator / Senior Marketing Coordinator to work from our Hollywood office in a hybrid capacity. This role serves as a key liaison between marketing, sales, and leadership, helping bring client facing initiatives to life through proposals, presentations, events, strategic campaigns, and branded content.

We’re looking for someone who can jump in quickly, thrive in a fast paced and collaborative environment, and confidently manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate is highly polished, proactive, creative, and comfortable leveraging modern marketing technologies including AI powered tools and workflow automation to improve efficiency, storytelling, and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop polished proposals, presentations, pitch decks, and customized client-facing marketing materials.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic business development initiatives.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, showroom activations, client experiences, and industry engagements.
  • Maintain and evolve brand standards across all internal and external marketing deliverables.
  • Assist with content creation across email marketing, social media, thought leadership, and campaign initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Track proposal activity, engagement metrics, and win/loss reporting to help inform future strategy.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and enhance marketing output.
  • Stay current on marketing, design, workplace, and technology trends to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, business development support, proposal coordination, or related experience.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and presentation-building skills with a strong eye for layout, storytelling, and branding.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in modern marketing and creative platforms, including:
    • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
    • Canva
    • Microsoft Office / PowerPoint
    • CRM and project management platforms (WordPress, ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools)
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Gamma, or similar platforms to improve workflows, content development, research, and creative processes.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting B2B sales teams, proposal development, or client experience initiatives.
  • Familiarity with commercial interiors, architecture/design, commercial real estate, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Experience coordinating events, showroom programming, or client activations.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics, reporting dashboards, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Experience with video editing, motion graphics, or digital content creation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, workflow optimization, or AI-assisted productivity tools.
