Role: WordPress Designer & Developer
Location: Remote
Incubator Lab is looking for a talented WordPress Designer & Developer to join our global remote team!
Role Objective
As a WordPress Designer & Developer at IncubatorLab.ai, you will be the creative and technical engine behind our corporate web presence. You will serve as the connective tissue between aesthetic vision and seamless execution-taking our core identity, modernizing its user experience, and directly integrating vital operational assets like our candidate-facing Breezy HR talent portal.
What You'll Do
Basic Qualifications
Qualities That Are Nice to Have
Working Hours: Async-First
We are a global, remote team. We don't care when you do the work, provided deadlines are met and the quality is top-tier. We do ask for a few hours of overlap with US-based EST working hours each day to facilitate team meetings and Slack communication. This ensures we stay agile and can iterate on winning ideas in real-time.
How to Apply
We value design excellence and technical execution. To be considered, please submit your resume and include a link to your portfolio highlighting at least two live WordPress websites you personally designed and built.
What's atypical about the company:
Incubator Labs is a performance-focused growth organization that builds and scales brands through rapid experimentation, creative iteration, and disciplined execution. We operate as an internal growth engine, not an agency.
Application Process:
Interested candidates should apply directly for consideration. Upon submitting your application, our hiring team will review your credentials and will notify you if you are selected to participate in the interview process. We appreciate your interest in IncubatorLab and kindly ask that you refrain from inquiries to our teams via LinkedIn. No third party or agency submissions will be accepted.
Equal Opportunity Employer:
IncubatorLab is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please feel free to contact us.
