To thrive as a Senior Web Designer, you need advanced proficiency in visual design, user experience (UX), HTML/CSS, and a solid portfolio demonstrating your work, often supported by a degree in graphic or web design. Expertise with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress is typically required.
