What is a senior video editor?

A Senior Video Editor is an experienced professional responsible for assembling, editing, and refining video footage to create a polished final product. They often oversee the entire post-production process, including collaborating with directors, producers, and other team members to achieve the desired vision. Senior Video Editors are skilled in using advanced editing software, managing complex projects, and ensuring that the final video meets technical and creative standards. Their expertise allows them to handle high-profile projects and mentor junior editors.

Senior Video Editors often juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Balancing creative vision with client or stakeholder expectations can also be challenging, as each project may have unique requirements and feedback cycles. Job description

About TensorWave

Our mission is simple: deliver seamless, secure, reliable, and resilient AI compute at scale. We've built a versatile cloud platform that eliminates infrastructure barriers, empowering builders to focus on innovation instead of fighting their stack. Because breakthrough AI should move at the speed of ideas, not infrastructure.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Director of Content Marketing to own our content strategy end to end and make sure TensorWave tells one clear, consistent story everywhere it shows up. You will set the editorial agenda, decide what we publish and where, lead and grow the content team, and write the work that matters most. This is a hands-on role on a team that is still being built, so you will shape the strategy and then help ship it.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the content strategy end to end: what we make, where it lives, when it goes out, and how output is allocated across formats.

  • Author the message architecture and keep one consistent argument running across blog, social, video, events, and press.

  • Build the annual editorial agenda and quarterly themes, and keep a rolling topic pipeline so the team is planning ahead rather than only reacting.

  • Turn breaking news, including competitor announcements, model releases, and benchmark results, into credible published content the same day.

  • Set the platform strategy: where we invest, where we do not, and how every asset gets distributed and repurposed.

  • Lead and grow the content team, and partner closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Developer Ecosystem, Creative, and our PR agency.

  • Own the content budget and the freelance, agency, and syndication partners behind it.

  • Write and edit the highest stakes work yourself, including flagship narrative pieces and launch stories.

  • Measure what is working, connect content to pipeline, and report results to leadership.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • 9 to 12 years in content marketing, including several years leading and developing content teams.

  • Ownership of both content platform strategy and hands on editorial work. Both are required.

  • A track record of originating strategy without a brief, where the idea, the plan, and the results were all yours.

  • Experience coordinating a single narrative across many platforms at once, with evidence it moved brand recall, share of voice, or inbound demand.

  • Proven ability to build an annual editorial plan and still ship same day content against breaking news.

  • A gift for making complex technical stories simple, memorable, and repeatable without diluting the substance.

  • B2B technology experience required. AI cloud, GPU, semiconductor, or infrastructure strongly preferred.

  • Strong executive communication, with experience presenting strategy and results to senior leadership.

  • Comfort operating hands on: writing, editing, and shipping alongside the team from Day 1.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep, current expertise in how technical content gets discovered across SEO, answer engine optimization, and generative engine optimization, including how you have shifted format, structure, schema, and distribution in response. Working knowledge is not sufficient.

  • A specific point of view on LLM driven discovery: how a company surfaces in a model generated answer about GPU cloud providers, what influences that, and how to measure it over time.

  • Experience buidling a content function from an early stage rather than inheriting a mature one.

  • Brand or narrative work at a company that defined a category or positioned against a dominant incumbent.

  • Credibility with technical audiences such as ML engineers, researchers, and infrastructure leads.

  • Familiarity with the AI infrastructure news cycle and the outlets, newsletters, and communities that drive it.

What We Offer

  • Stock Options

  • 100% paid Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance for Employees

  • Company Health Savings Account Contributions

  • 100% paid Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance for Employees

  • Life and Voluntary Supplemental Insurance Options

  • Other Insurance Options, such as Pet & Legal Insurance

  • Various Supplementary Health Benefits, such as discounted Virtual Healthcare Appointments and Serious Illness Support

  • Flexible Spending Account

  • 401(k)

  • Employee Assistance Program

  • Flexible PTO

  • Paid Holidays

  • Parental Leave

  • Other In-Office Perks
