Social Media Manager/Junior Video Editor / Content Coordinator

Las Vegas, Nevada 89135 | Full-Time | $20 per Hour

A successful social media influencer and entrepreneur is seeking a creative, tech-savvy Social Media Manager/Junior Video Editor / Content Coordinator to join the team full-time. This position is PARTIALLY REMOTE and from the Principal's Home office.  

This position is ideal for a recent college graduate or someone early in their career who genuinely enjoys computer work, video editing, and creating engaging social media content. Professional experience is not required. We are happy to train the right individual who is motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.

While this is primarily a computer-based creative role, the position also includes occasional driving to meetings, events, or appointments when the primary Personal Assistant is unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms
• Organize video footage, digital assets, and project files
• Assist with content creation, scheduling, uploads, and publishing
• Create simple graphics, captions, and thumbnails using Canva or similar software
• Stay current on social media trends and contribute creative content ideas
• Assist with general administrative projects as needed
• Run occasional errands
• Provide transportation to meetings, events, dinners, or appearances when needed

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate or early-career professional preferred
• Passion for video editing, social media, and digital content creation
• Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, or similar editing software is preferred
• Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday, with flexibility based on content production needs

Compensation

• $20 per hour
