As a Senior Project Manager, you'll serve as a trusted leader, mentor, and problem solver, guiding projects from preconstruction through completion while helping shape the future of our organization. What You'll Do:
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll provide leadership and oversight for multiple projects while serving as a key resource for clients, project teams, subcontractors, and company leadership.
Your Impact:
  • Lead large-scale and complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and execution strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and field teams
  • Drive schedule adherence and ensure project milestones are achieved
  • Resolve challenges and make critical decisions to maintain project success
  • Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction remain top priorities
  • Support business development efforts and contribute to long-term company growth

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of construction project management experience
  • 5+ years managing large commercial, industrial, municipal, healthcare, education, or design-build projects
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and project controls
  • Experience leading multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract documents
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong financial and operational management experience
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices
  • Strategic mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
