Job Description

Assist in the planning and execution of the Technology Risk Management program. Assist in the engagement of Technology leaders and their business, risk, compliance and audit partners in further operationalizing, managing, and reporting on our Technology Risk Management Program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Operational Risk Management (ORM) processes for the Technology organization. Assist in the management of one or more technology risk management functions.

  • Engage Technology business partners on the deployment and management of the Technology Risk Management Program in accordance with the Enterprise Operational Risk Management Policies and Minimum Standards.

  • Participate in the development and governance of Technology Policy, Standard, and Controls. Engage with Subject Matter Experts to facilitate annual review.

  • Support use of the GRC tool (ServiceNow) to manage, execute, and report on the Technology Risk Management program

  • Partner with risk contacts and teams across Technology to assist with management of annual reports and attestations, including SOC2 reports.

  • Work across the Technology Risk Office to support multiple functions and provide aggregated risk reporting


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent with a degree focus in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; or equivalent work experience.

  • Broad information technology experience. Understanding of controls in a technology environment.

  • 3-5 years risk management or internal audit experience within a Technology organization.

  • Good organization skills and ability to multi-task.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with others and adapt to change.

In-Office Collaboration

We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. By fostering a culture of face-to-face collaboration, idea sharing, productivity and personal connection, we deliver for our stakeholders - clients, advisors, employees and shareholders. Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $85,000 - $104,000 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports all aspects of your health and well-being, including but not limited to vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurance
