They act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements. Senior Technical Product Owners often lead cross-functional teams, set product vision, and make strategic decisions to deliver high-value products efficiently. Their strong technical background allows them to guide development teams and make informed trade-offs between scope, time, and resources.

KeySavvy

Seattle, WA โ€ข On-site

Full-time

Re-posted 29 days ago

Job description

Job Summary:
KeySavvy is a Public Benefit Corporation modernizing the way people buy and sell vehicles privately. They are seeking a technically fluent Product Owner to own the product lifecycle for partner-facing and internal tools, using AI-assisted development tools to create prototypes and validate ideas.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for partner-facing and internal tools โ€” from requirements gathering through mockup, feedback, and handoff to engineering
โ€ข Use AI-assisted tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, v0, Lovable) to rapidly prototype and validate ideas before committing engineering resources
โ€ข Partner with operations to understand workflow friction and design tooling that helps the team deliver a better customer experience
โ€ข Work with business development to understand partner needs and the product capabilities that unlock new deals
โ€ข Collaborate with engineering on scoping, technical feasibility, and implementation โ€” bridging the gap between a working prototype and production-grade software
โ€ข Write clear, detailed requirements and acceptance criteria that AI agents and engineers can act on confidently
โ€ข Define success metrics for each initiative and follow up post-launch to close the loop
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 5+ years of product ownership or product management experience, ideally in a B2B or internal tooling context
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to build functional prototypes or mockups using AI-assisted tools
โ€ข Experience with AI productivity tools and a genuine enthusiasm for using them to move faster
โ€ข Strong written and verbal communication โ€” you can meet with an internal or external customer and ask the right questions
โ€ข Comfort working with data to evaluate product decisions and prioritize effectively
โ€ข Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or data workflows โ€” enough to have an informed conversation with engineers and spot integration complexity early
โ€ข Experience building tools for internal users or external business partners (not just consumer products)
โ€ข A bias toward simplicity and iteration โ€” you ship early, learn fast, and don't over-engineer the first version
Preferred:
โ€ข Light coding experience (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
โ€ข Familiarity with fintech, marketplace, or transaction-based products is a plus.
Company:
KeySavvy is a vehicle transaction platform that makes private party sales safer and easier. Founded in 2022, the company is headquartered in Saint Paul, USA, with a team of 11-50 employees. The company is currently Early Stage.
