We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Sr. teacher for our thriving early childhood education program. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated educator with a strong commitment to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play.
  • Supervise children in the classroom and during outdoor activities to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Engage children in interactive activities that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and social skills.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively, employing positive reinforcement techniques.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for all children.
  • Observe and assess children's developmental milestones to tailor activities to their individual needs.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices is essential.
  • Skills in behavior management and classroom management are highly valued.
  • Previous experience in babysitting, nannying, or toddler care is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
