Job description

Position: Senior Tax Accountant

Location: McLean, VA

Work Mode: Hybrid Role

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role located in McLean, VA for a Senior Tax Accountant. The Senior Tax Accountant will participate in tax preparation, compliance, and planning for individuals and businesses. They will also analyze tax data, and provide accounting support to clients.

The Senior Tax Accountant will also collaborate with clients to address tax-related questions and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • 5+ Years recent and relevant experience, preferably with a large firm

  • Experience with HNW individuals, partnerships, and corporate tax

  • Strong technical skills

  • Motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude

  • Team player

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Perform broad range of accounting duties as needed

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting and valid CPA license or actively working towards CPA

  • Heavy 1040 experience, HNW, CPA or in the process.
