Job description

As a Sr Tax Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the corporate tax team in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions. You will report directly to the Tax Director and you'll work out of their Corporate location by sky harbor airport on a Hybrid work schedule with a base salary of $90-$110K.
Responsibility:
  • Conduct tax due diligence for potential M&A transactions
  • Assess the tax implications of proposed business decisions and transactions
  • Provide tax advice and guidance to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tax compliance
  • Assist in the integration of acquired companies from a tax perspective
Background Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in tax analysis, preferably in M&A
  • Experience in conducting tax due diligence for M&A transactions
  • CPA or equivalent certification
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
